How to Order

We've made it easy for you to order your medications from us.
It's as easy as 1, 2 and 3.

Step 1 - Search and Select
Simply start by typing in the name of the medication using our medication search on the left, and follow the instructions.

Step 2 - Download and Submit
Before we can process your order, we need additional information from you, including your Original prescriptions, and a completed Personal Profile, an Authorization and Release, and Doctor's Letter.

Please note that we will not begin processing your order until we have received all the necessary forms, the original prescriptions and the information is verbally confirmed with you by one of our customer service representatives in the next 24 hours.

Once the forms are filled out, you can fax them to us at 1-877-966-6146, email them to rx@canpd.com or mail them to:

FREE shipping and handling if you submit your first quote today or simply fill out the information sheet and a customer service representative will contact you within the next 24 hours. Please note, once we receive all of your information, prescriptions and completed documents, it will take 2 weeks for your order to arrive.

Step 3 - Sit Back and Relax
Now all you have to do is sit back and relax and wait for a customer service representative to call you. After your order is verbally confirmed your medications will be delivered by Canada Express Post within 2 weeks. You can track your order online by using our online tracking system. Just call us to obtain your tracking number. All packages are fully insured.

How to Get Prices

There are many options for you to get pricing on your medications. You can use our online medication search or simply call, fax, mail or email us your list of medications and their dosages. All prices are in US dollars.

Our low prices result from the Canadian government regulation that strictly controls what pharmaceutical companies can charge for their drugs.

There will be a $10.00 shipping and handling and $5.00 insurance charge per order. This fee is applied to the order total, not for each medication.

Payment Options

At Canadian Prescription Drugs Inc., we offer many different payment options to suit your needs. We accept:

• Cashier's Check (made payable to Canadian Prescription Drugs Inc.)
• International Money Order (made payable to Canadian Prescription Drugs Inc.)
• Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards

All prices are in US dollars. Your invoice will include your credit card authorization number and slip.

Please note: Your credit card will be billed in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company may charge an extra 3 cents per dollar as a foreign exchange fee. Unfortunately, we have no control over this charge.

How to Reorder

To reorder, simply contact us by phone, fax or email. We will need a new prescription only if you have exceeded the number of refills specified on your current prescription. Please allow 2 weeks for us to refill your medications. Please call 1-877-966-0567 for refills.
